The meeting of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has considered the following issues and made appropriate decisions on December 21, 2012: 

· About the changes and additions to some regulations of the NBKR (for the execution of the protocol order of the NBKR Board No. 38 as of 26/09/12 on setting limits on the amount of investment of credit unions in the capital of the "FKKS" OJSC in the amount of 10% of the share capital of the "FKKS" OJSC) No. 50/7); 

· On amendments to some legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

Licenses are issued to the following NBFIs and exchange offices:  

· Private Entrepreneur Ruslan Keneshbekovich Sharsheyev (the license No. 5072 as of 24/12/2012 for conducting exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). The exchange office is located at the address: 150 Abdrakhmanov st., Bishkek. 

· Private Entrepreneur Urmat Burkutbayevich Akchalov is issued a letter of registration of an additional exchange office under the No. 3060 as of 24/12/2012, the license No. 5042 as of 28/08/2012 for conducting exchange operations with foreign currency in cash. The exchange office is located at the address: 119 Abdrakhmanov st., apt. 23, Bishkek. 

The certificates of the following NBFIs are revoked/annulled:  

· The registration certificate of the "Begaiym" MCC LLC No. 349 as of 25/03/2011 has been revoked on 24/12/2012 in accordance with the Order of the NBKR Regional Department No. 31 as of 05/09/2012 for the violation of the Kyrgyz legislation and the NBKR regulations identified based on the all-round and special checks. Registered address: 75-24 Togolok Moldo, Jalal-Abad, Jalal-Abad region. 

· The registration certificate of the "Naimanravat" MCA PF No. 102 as of 06/12/2005 has been revoked on 25/12/2012 in accordance with the Provision "On preventive measures and sanctions applied by the NBKR to MFIs," for non-compliance of the MCA with warnings and instructions. Registered address: 27 Molodaya Gvardiya blvd., Bishkek. 

· The registration certificate of the "Kireshe-Tolsun" MCC LLC No. 373 as of 10/06/2011 has been annuled on 19/12/2012 based on the decision of the Founder on the termination of the MCC as of 19/12/12. The reason for liquidation is the unprofitability of the MCC. Registered address: Manas st. (no number), Central Market, Talas, Talas region.
