At the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held on 13 February 2013 the following issues were discussed and respective regulations adopted:
· Introduction of amendments and additions to article 10.2. of the Regulation on Licensing Bank Operations (No. 4\1);
· Introduction of amendments and additions to certain regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (No. 4\2);
· Admission of certain regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic as null and void (No. 4\3);
Licenses issued to the following Non-bank Financial Institutions and exchange offices:
· Private Entrepreneur Falko Dmitry Nikolaevich (license No. 5077 dd. 12.02.2013 to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash), registration No. 3065. Legal address: Bishkek, 7/1 Yunusalieva Street;
· Private Entrepreneur Usenov Nurlan Abdykerimovich (license No. 5076 dd. 12.02.2013 to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash), registration No. 3064. Legal address: Bishkek, 10-14 Den Saopin Street;
Licenses/certificates annulled of the following NFIs:
· Starting from 15.02.2013 annulled the licence No. 235 dd. 16.03.2001 of Zhaanger Credit Union to provide micro loans to individuals and legal entities. Legal address: Naryn region, Naryn, 34 Sagynbai uulu Orozbak Street.
· Starting from 12.02.2013 annulled the licene No. 541 dd. 13.08.2009 of Mart-Bulak Credit Union to provide micro loans to individuals and legal entities. Legal address: Chui region, Zhayilsky district, Bokso-Zhol village, 47a Meder Street.
· Starting from 13.02.2013 annulled the accounting registration certificate No. 303 dd. 19.07.2010 of Active Express Microcredit Company to provide micro loans to individuals and legal entities. Legal address: Osh region, Uzgen district, Don-Bulak village.
· Starting from 14.02.2013 annulled the accounting registration certificate No. 116 dd. 03.03.2008 of Dostor&Partners Microcredit Company to provide micro loans to individuals and legal entities. Legal address: Issyk-Kul region, Issyk-Kul district, Ananyevo village, 52 Sovetskaya Street.
· Starting from 14.02.2013 annulled the accounting registration certificate No. 162 dd. 17.09.2008 of Dilde Microcredit Agency to provide micro loans to individuals and legal entities. Legal address: Zhalal-Abad region, Suzak district, Munduz village, Dosalieva Street w/o No.
