Licenses/ certificates annulled or revoked of the following NFIs: 

1. Starting from 07.03.2013 annulled accounting registration certificate of Ak-Tilek Finance Micro Credit Company No. 281 dd. 18.03.2010 to provide micro loans to legal entities and individuals. Legal address: Osh region, Osh, Ak-Tilek microdistrict, 12th Street, #28. 

2. Starting from 05.03.2013 revoked accounting registration certificate of Kut Konsun Micro Credit Agency No. 104 dd. 09.03.2006 to provide micro loans to legal entities and individuals. Legal address: Osh region, Osh, 318 Lenin Street. 

3. Starting from 04.03.2013 annulled license of a private entrepreneur Zhumabaeva A.E. No. 4767 dd. 11.10.2011 to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash. Legal address: Osh region, Kara-Suu, Turatuli market, row 0, place 6.

Mass media representatives interested in reports of banks and non-bank financial institutions can find all information available to the public on their official websites or obtain information by directly contacting these institutions. 

The National Bank according to the acting law is not entitled to disclose information received in the course of supervision. This is stipulated by article 49 of the Law on the National Bank: "Employees of the Bank of Kyrgyzstan has no rights to disclose confidential information about operations of the Bank of Kyrgyzstan or any other information that has become known to them in connection with fulfillment of their official duties except as required by law." 

In particular, in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 29 of the Law on Microfinance Organizations in Kyrgyzstan, the inspection officers of the National Bank (audit firm) are forbidden to disclose or pass the information obtained in the course of audits to the third parties, except as provided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic . It is part of functional responsibilities of the NBKR to conduct external oversight by collecting regulatory reporting of NBKR from MFO and check the information received.
