The NBKR announces a national competition for journalists dedicated to celebration of 20th anniversary of national currency.
The contest aims at widespread informing the population about the national currency (history of som’s formation, its values, defensive characters, etc.)
The competition is open to representatives of print and electronic media in Kyrgyzstan (press, TV, radio, Internet). Projects are accepted in Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Each category of media: Kyrgyz-language, Russian-language and regional will be separately nominated. Number of projects from one author and volume of entries is not limited.
The prize fund consists of valuable gifts: notebooks, cameras, pads as well as recognition gifts like collection coins of NBKR.
Works submitted for the competition shall be published or aired during the period from March 20 to October 1, 2013.
