At the meeting held by the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 28, 2013, the following issues were considered and the following resolutions were approved:

· “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Regulation on the requirements to the operation of the commercial banks upon entering into agency agreements on providing banking retail services.”(№ 32\5)

· “On the draft plan of amendments and additions introduction in some NBKR regulatory and legal acts on the Islamic principles of financing with regard to “Murabaha” and “Istisnaa” operations (№ 32\8)

· Issued to Kalil Ltd. (license № 5108 dated August 23, 2013 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash), registration number 3100. Registered address: northern parking, Dordoi trading and entertainment complex, Bishkek city.

· Certificate of accounting registration of LLC MCC “Azyk credit company” №358 dated April 19, 2011, for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled since August 26, 2013 on the basis of the founder’s decision on liquidation № 3 dated August 05, 2013 due to lack of financial facilities. Registered address: 67, Kuliev str., Bishkek city.
