On March 26, 2014 the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic considered the following issues and adopted corresponding resolutions:
- "On amendments to the Decree of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulations on minimum requirements for the implementation of cash transactions in commercial banks and non-banking financial institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic" as of March 27, 2013 under No.9/10 (№ 12 - 6);
- "On amendments to some legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (№ 12-8).
From March 17-20, 2014 Swiss National Bank consultants visited NBKR
From March 17-20, 2014 Mr. G. Riha, N.Huonker and J. Khaimah, consultants of the Swiss National Bank visited the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, to discuss the future direction of technical cooperation. During the visit, meetings were held on a wide range of issues. Themes of cooperation on the projects being implemented in the field of construction of a macroeconomic model of the Kyrgyz Republic, the automated trading system, optimization of business processes in the bank and other topics were discussed. Besides possible areas of joint projects on financial stability and efficiency of communication policy of the National Bank were discussed.
Consultants of the Swiss National Bank held discussions with the Board of National Bank on "The ongoing global economic processes and the possible reaction of the monetary authorities." Following the visit, the delegation agreed to continue work on the projects implemented and further discuss new areas of cooperation between the National Bank of KR and the SNB
Licenses/certificates of the following non-financial credit institutions were annulled and withdrawn:
From March 25, 2014 the license of the LLC MCC "Start Credit" under No. 413 as of November 18, 2011 for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities was annulled.
