On October 30, 2014, the following issues were considered and appropriate resolutions were adopted at the meeting held by the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic: 

"On introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On approval of "Rules for determination of foreign currency exchange rates against Kyrgyz som" dated March 28, 2013 №10/15 (№ 47\7); 

"On introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic"; (№ 47\8); 

"On introduction of amendments and additions to some resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (№ 47\10). 

The licenses/certificates have been issued to the following non-bank financial institutions and exchange offices: 

1. LLC "Classic and Co" (license №5161 dated October 27, 2014 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office: № 3153. Legal address: 278, Kurmanjan-Datka str., Bishkek city.  

2. LLC "Yntymak КТК" (license №5162 dated October 27, 2014 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Legal address: w/n, N. Aitmatov str., Jalal-Abad city (landmark: trade center "Bakyt").  

3. LLC "Yasir" (license №5163 dated October 27, 2014 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Legal address: Jalal-Abad city, (landmark: market for footwear sale "Mariam" in the central market). 

4. LLC "Nurislam Ltd" (license №5164 dated October 29, 2014 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office: № 3154. Legal address: 49, Kievskaya str., Bishkek city.  

5. LLC "Prime - Leader" (license №5165 dated October 30, 2014 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office: № 3155. Legal address: 8/1, Kulatov str., Bishkek city.  

Certificates/license of the following non-bank financial institutions have been cancelled: 

1) Individual Entrepreneur Ernis Ulanbekovich Kurmanbekov (license №4797 dated November 25, 2011 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency in cash has been cancelled). Legal address: store "Eurasia", 49, Kievskaya str., Bishkek city; 

2) Certificate of accounting registration of MCC "BaielFinance" LLC №409 dated November 10, 2011 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled. Legal address: apt. 13, bldg. № 65, Naberejnaya str., Novo-Pokrovka village, Ysyk-Atinskii district, Chui region.  

3) Certificate of accounting registration of MCC "SubanFinance" LLC №439 dated March 07, 2012 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled. Legal address: 131, Michurin str., Novo-Pokrovka village, Ysyk-Atinskii district, Chui region. 

4) Certificate of accounting registration of PF "Kara-Sai-Kenchi" MCA №12 dated February 26, 2003 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled. Legal address: 41, Manas str., Kara-Sai village, Kara-Buurinskii district, Talas region.  

5) License of CU "Baikal" №278 dated July 26, 2001 has been revoked. Legal address: apt. 2, 20, Maldybaev str., Bishkek city.
