The Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic considered the following issues and adopted the subsequent resolutions at the meeting held on 15 April 2015: 

· Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic # 22/3 dated April 15, 2015 “On approval of Provision “On minimum requirements to rendering of remote banking and payment services in the Kyrgyz Republic”; 

· Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic # 22/4 dated April 15, 2015 “On approval of Provision “On Payment Systems Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”; 

· Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic # 22/6 dated April 15, 2015 “On introduction of amendments and additions into certain resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”; 

· Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic # 22/7 dated April 15, 2015 “On introduction of amendments and additions into certain resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”. 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and International Monetary Fund discussed bilateral cooperation matters  

Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Nurbek Zhenish met with the delegation of the IMF mission headed by Mr. Tore Hugo.  

The meeting was the first in the commenced visit of IMF representatives with respect to Bishkek. During the meeting, Mr. Tore Hugo told about the purpose of staying of the mission. Then parties discussed further cooperation matters.  

Mission of the International Monetary Fund came to the Kyrgyz Republic in order to evaluate defense mechanisms of the NBKR as a part of the economic program supported by a new triennial agreement with the IMF.  

In honor of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic shall put “70 years for the Great Victory” silver collection coin of “Historical events” series into circulation since April 15, 2015. 

  The main plot of the front side of the coin is the image of solemn fireworks in honor of the Great Victory Day with the figure “70” out of the St. George ribbons made by tampon printing. Color image of fireworks in the form of bright flashes is presented as hologram, and the coin’s circle is covered by fragments of hostilities, the plot of which is taken from the bas-reliefs of the monument to Major-General I.V. Panfilov, which are located at the entrance to the park in Bishkek named after him. The author is O.M. Manuilova, the people’s artist of Kyrgyz SSR. The front side of the coin also contains the name of the coin and its face value.  

The reverse side of the coin contains images of white doves standing for Peace against the blue sky, made by the color tampon printing method. In the center of the coin, there is the emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic.  

The coin possesses with official payment instrument status on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. Each coin is placed into acrylic capsule and is packed in a separate case enclosed with certificate.

3. “Bai Kuchuk” LLC (license #5245 dated April 16, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office #3243. Legal address: 20/1 Suerkulov Street, Bishkek. 

4. “Binaly” LLC (license #5246 dated April 17, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office № 3244. Legal address: 255 Kiev Street, Bishkek 

Licenses of the following exchange offices are revoked: 

1. License of the Individual Entrepreneur Gapparova Saniyam Rozyahunovna #4905 dated April 13, 2012 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash. Legal address: 182-11 Abdrakhmanov Street. 

2. License of the “Morion” LLC #4908 dated April 16, 2012 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash. Legal address: “Altyn Style” Shop, 119 Shopokov Street, aps. 1 and 2, Bishkek
