Record Registration Certificate № 257 dated December 1, 2009 of the "AiTim-Credit" MCC LLC was revoked on August 3, 2015 

For violation of requirements of the paragraph 3, Article 37 of the Law "On microfinancing organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic", paragraph 3.11 of the Provision "On minimum requirements for conduction of external audit of microfinancing organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic" as well as for regular non-fulfillment of requirements of prescriptions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Record Registration Certificate №257 dated December 1, 2009 of the "AiTim-Credit" MCC LLC was revoked by the Resolution №32/2 dated July 31, 2015 of the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Legal address: 27 Umetaliev Street, Bishkek. The "AiTim-Credit" Company is prohibited to carry out transactions on microlending of natural and legal persons in national currency starting from August 3, 2015 

The license №73 dated November 27, 1998 of the "Zakovat" Credit Union was revoked on July 31, 2015 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby informs that it revoked the license №73 dated November 27, 1998 of the "Zakovat" Credit Union on July 31, 2015 for violation of requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic legislation, regulatory legal acts and furnishing of inadequate and incomplete information to the supervisory and regulatory authority.  

Licenses/certificates have been issued to the following non-bank financial-credit institutions and exchange offices: 

1. "Cash Plus" LLC (license № 5353 dated August 7, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Registration number of the exchange office is № 3336. Address: Aprt. # 8, Bld. # 28 Togolok Moldo Street, Bishkek city. 

2. "Myrsatai" LLC (license № 5352 dated August 5, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Address: 227 Otorbaev Street, Talas Town, Talas oblast. 

Licenses/certificates of the following non-bank financial-credit institutions and exchange offices have been revoked /cancelled: 

1. "EuroZaim" MCC LLC (Record Registration Certificate № 228 dated July 23, 2009 of the microcredit company due to affiliation to the "INCOM" MFC CJSC). Legal address: Aprt. # 14-15, Bld. # 19 Baityk-Batyra Street, Bishkek city. 

2. Individual Entrepreneur Sheishenbek Mokushbekovich Abdrakhmanov (the license № 5048 dated September 11, 2012 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash has been cancelled due to obtaining of a license for a legal entity). Address: 266 Kurmanzhan Datka Street, Bishkek city. 

3. Individual Entrepreneur Kuttubek Abdysatarovich Mirshakirov (the license №5032 dated August 1, 2012 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash has been cancelled due to expiration of a term). Address: Uch-Korgon village authority, Manas region, Talas oblast (near the "Chon-Kapka" customs station).
