During the session of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held on November 2, 2015, the following matters were considered and relevant resolutions were taken: 

· The Resolution № 65/1 dated November 02, 2015 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On introduction of additions into some resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic"; 

· The Resolution № 65/2 dated November 02, 2015 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On introduction of amendments and additions into the Resolution № 27/8 dated May 12, 2015 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On approval of the Provision "On electronic money in the Kyrgyz Republic".  

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic put into circulation the collection coin "Eurasian Economic Council"  

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic put into circulation the collection coin "Eurasian Economic Council". Commemorative coin was presented at the press conference.  

Press conference attendees, Head of the Cash Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Shamil Aidarkulov and Head of the Expert Division of the Cash Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Mrs. Medina Ashiralieva, described peculiarities of the coin to journalists while presenting it to the public.  

Main uniting element of the entire series of commemorative collection coins issued by central (national) banks of the EAEC countries is official emblem of EAEC and single name of the coin "Eurasian Economic Council".  

On the foreground of the coin’s face side, the Kyrgyz Republic coat of arms is presented on the prominent background of the globe, which is uniting element of the coin design. There is a legend "Кыргыз Республикасынын Улуттук банкы" (National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic) on the upper part of the coin, besides the year of manufacture of the coin is specified there (2015), whereas the face value (10 KGS) is specified on the lower part. The left side of the coin shows fineness of metal (Ag 925), the right side – weight of the coin (31.10 g.).  

Basic plot demonstrated by the backside of the coin is the integration rapprochement of Eurasian States: official emblem of EAEC on the background of the Eurasian continent placed inside the globe and made in terms of images of flags of five EAEC member states. There is a legend "Евразийский экономический союз" (Eurasian Economic Council) on the upper part of the coin, the same legend in Kyrgyz language "Евразия экономикалык союзу" (Eurasian Economic Council) is on the lower part.  

Specifications of coin 

The Head of the Expert Division of the Cash Department Mrs. Medina Ashiralieva stated that the uniqueness of the coin put into circulation is demonstrated by that it is manufactured as a part of the Program on issuing of series of commemorative coins made of precious metal by central (national) banks of the EAEC member states devoted to anniversary of the Council’s activity.  

Main uniting element of the entire series of commemorative collection coins issued by central (national) banks of the EAEC countries is official emblem of EAEC and single name of the coin "Eurasian Economic Council". Besides it, the whole set of expression media was used on the coin: image prominence and images of flags of five EAEC member states. The coin was manufactured using the modern coinage technology – color tampon printing. Thanks to this technology we could obtain the coin in colored image", – told Mrs. Medina Ashiralieva.  

Licenses have been issued to the following exchange offices: 

1. "Forex Kara-Suu" LLC (license № 5400 dated November 6, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Address: container № 12, passage №0, "Turatali" market, w/o Lenin Street, Kara-Suu Town, Osh oblast. 

2. "Semetei Group" LLC (license № 5399 dated November 6, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash). Address: container № 13, passage №0, "Turatali" market, w/o Lenin Street, Kara-Suu Town, Osh oblast. 

Licenses/certificates of the following nonbank financial-credit institutions and exchange offices have been cancelled/revoked: 

1. Individual Entrepreneur Ismailov Odilzhon Obidzhonovich (license № 5063 dated November 5, 2015 for carrying out of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash due to expiration of license’s validity period). Address: w/o Isfairam Street, Palman section, Uch-Korgon village, Kadamzhai region, Batken oblast. 

2. "Tilek’ Credit Union, license № 191 dated June 29, 2000 was revoked according to the Resolution № 49/1 dated October 29, 2015 of the Supervisory Committee of the NBKR.
