Cooperation with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey 

Initiation of cooperation: 2016  

Cooperation priority: 

- holding of the seminars on banking supervision for the employees of the National Bank;  

- mechanisms for application and promotion of settlements in the national currencies in the sector of trade;  

- issues in the sector of banknotes manufacture, as well as in the sector of secure printing; 

- holding of the seminars on financial stability was held. 

On September 10, 2021, the representatives of the National Bank took part in the tenth meeting of the joint Kyrgyz-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation in Bishkek, during which the issues of cooperation between the National Bank and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in various areas of banking were considered.
