Cooperation with the Swiss National Bank 

Initiation of cooperation: 1993  

Cooperation priority:  

- research project to develop a macroeconomic model of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic; 

- introduction of the Automated Trading System, which facilitated operations automation in the financial markets of the Kyrgyz Republic; 

- improvement of the National Bank’s communication policy; 

- Seminar on internal audit. 

The delegation of the Swiss National Bank headed by the Director of the International Monetary Cooperation Division Mr. Attilio Zanetti visited the National Bank on March 13-14, 2022. The Governor of the National Bank Mr. Kubanychbek Bokontayev discussed with Mr. Attilio Zanetti the issues of bilateral cooperation and the economic situation in the Kyrgyz Republic during the meeting.
