Financial market environment November 16 - 20

ь On November 18, 2009 the Management Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic arranged regular meeting in the course of which the following issues were considered and appropriate resolutions were adopted:  

On issuance of the 10 som coins into circulation (No.46/1); 

On Monetary-and-Credit Policy Report for the period of January-September 2009 (No.46/3); 

On some normative-and-regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (No.46/4), in accordance with which the transitional provision on regulation of the activity of CJSC “Kyrgyz Republic Development Fund” was approved; 

On OJSC “Aiyl Bank” (No.46/5), in accordance with which the limitations for performance of the banking transactions were removed; 

On introduction of changes and amendments into the Resolution No.36/1of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated September 2, 2009 (No.46/6). The present resolution established the right for performance of banking transactions for CJSC “Kyrgyz Republic Development Fund”; 

On approval of the Provision on classification of assets and formation of reserves in the OJSC “Spetzializirovannyi Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov” (Specialized Fund for Banks Refinancing) (No.46/16); 

On introduction of changes and amendments into the Policy of Banks Refinancing with regard to expansion of the approaches to micro-financing and approval of credit lines (No.46/17).
